Russian occupiers are demolishing historic buildings in downtown Mariupol, which has been temporarily seized by the enemy.
The related statement was built by Advisor to Mariupol Mayor Petro Andriushchenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent stories.
“In the heart of the metropolis, the occupiers began to demolish structures, such as these of historical significance. The popular Residence with a clock, in which the studio of the entire world-identified muralist and mosaics artist Arnautov employed to be situated. Under the excavator,” Andriushchenko wrote.
In his words, Russian invaders are turning completely almost everything of historical price into ashes in Mariupol.
A reminder that previously Russian occupiers demolished the making of the Mariupol Drama Theater. In March 2022, Russian troops dropped a bomb on the theater making, wherever hundreds of people today, which includes quite a few small children, were being hiding in a bomb shelter.
